The 2012 Chinese New Year celebration in Flushing, New York, kicked of on saturday with the trilling Chinese New Year Parade. Falun Dafa practisioners, were warmly welcomed and delightfully enjoyed in Flushing.

January 31, 2012 Hundreds of Falun Gong practisioners called on the Canadian Prime Minister, who is going to visit China soon, to tell the leaders of China, to stop the persecution. The Canadian government have resecued Falun Gong practisoners from imprisonment and give much support to Falun Gong.

More than 300 Falun Gong practisoners from Toronto, Montreal, Waterloo, Ottawa at Canandian Parliament jan 31, 2012 held an appeal in the snow to remind the Canadian people to pay attention to the ongoing 12-year long persecution of Falun Gong in China.

Over the Chinese New Year, Falun Gong practisoners in Spain held a really at Plaza Mayor in Madrid, calling for an end to the persecution of Falun Gong in China, and support the the tens of millions of Chinese people who have quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations.

Throughout the rally, many people signed the petition calling for an end to the persecution in China. Once they learned about Falun Gong and the persecution in China, they signed the petition to express their support.

January 26th, 2012, was Australia Day. The Australia Day parade, sponsored by the Melbourne city government, drew hundreds of thousands of spectators. The Falun Gong group was invited to participate in this event and was praised as a most magnificent and colourful procession.
